Christine Hartner, DNP, MBA
Vice President, Patient Care Services for Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg and Hecktown Oaks Campuses
In her role, Hartner is responsible for medical-surgical units, Lehigh Valley Heart and Vascular Institute inpatient units, invasive cardiology and left ventricular assist device programs, express admissions unit, hemodialysis services, and respiratory care services.
Hartner completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice-Executive Track and Master of Business Administration at DeSales University, holds a Master of Science in Nursing and Health Systems Management from Drexel University, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Pennsylvania State University.
Hartner has held several positions at Lehigh Valley Health Network. She was a bedside nurse in critical care, step-down, and express admissions units. Hartner was Director of Health Services for the Care Continuum and Director of a Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Unit before her current role. She has presented at local and national conferences and has been published. She holds a membership in a local professional nursing organization.

Carolyn Ordway, MSN
Director, Clinical Services of Cardiac Intensive Care Unit and Intermediate Progress Care Unit for Lehigh Valley Health Hospital-Cedar Crest Campus
Carolyn Ordways earned her Baccalaureate of Nursing at Albright College and was a bedside nurse in critical care and step-down units for many years. Ordway also stepped into the charge nurse position in a progressive cardiac team for a few years.
Before becoming a director, Caroyln was a clinical instructor for all cardiac units, including Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU), Intermediate Progress Care Unit (IPCU), the Open Heart Unit (OHU), and the Transitional Open Heart Unit (TOHU) at Lehigh Valley Health Network. During that time, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing through the University of Pennsylvania.
Shortly after receiving her MSN, Ordway became a Clinical Nurse Specialist and an Outreach Cardiac Program Presenter. As a Director, Ordway is responsible for the daily operations, finances, and team members of the CICU and the IPCU at Lehigh Valley Health Network.

Milton Gomez, ME, MBA
Chief Engineering Officer and Vice President of Aerix Industries
Milton studied engineering at Drexel University and received his degree in mechanical engineering. Soon after receiving his degree, Gomez started working for Aerix Industries. Aerix Industries is a low-density concrete developed in Europe and became a hydrolyzed, protein-based foam liquid in the 1960s and morphed into a permeable low-density cellular concrete by the 2010s.
Gomez developed many relationships throughout the commercial construction industry and helped Aerix Industries become a known national company with propriety properties for permeable low-density cellular concrete. During his time with the company, Gomez earned his Master's in Business Administration through Pennsylvania State University.
Milton has presented at conferences and exhibitions nationwide, leading to developing construction projects in Europe and Australia.

My capstone involved collaborating with team members on an Evidence-Based Practice Project entailing the implementation of using Plain Language during Emergency Alerts in the Labor and Delivery unit at Claremore Indian Hospital.
